A family mailing business, with family values

In 1986, Carol Runnoe purchased The Mail Haus, from a small print shop based in Green Bay, Wisconsin, with just two employees. Over the next few years, technology experienced big changes, and Carol grew the company to a staff of eight. Carol’s son, Gordon Runnoe, took an interest in the business, working under his mother’s guidance as a college student. The experience gave him the inspiration to follow in his mother’s footsteps and become co-owner with his mother in 1998.

The growth of direct mailing services

Under their shared leadership The Mail Haus grew, adding state-of-the-art equipment, expanding from 400 to 37,000 square feet, and increasing staff to 40 employees today, serving as the premiere printing and fulfillment business in the upper Midwest.
